The GEDP’s annual meeting is a members-only event that sets the stage for the year, officers are elected, an executive committee is established, and the annual workplan. After all of that volunteer labor, members get a chance to network and socialize.
The Economic Resilience Workshop bring together subject matter experts from across industries and the region to provide the latest best practices for businesses ahead of storm season.
The Economic Development Summit is the GEDP’s premier annual event. Held in late fall, it brings together leaders from business, government, education to highlight economic opportunities in Galveston and along the Texas Gulf Coast.
